TWHS Writing Center has reopened for the 2020-2021 academic year and is available to assist students with revising and editing essays for their English class and for college applications.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 virus, the Writing Center has become completely virtual. In order to submit, students must share their document with [email protected] through Google Docs.

“Please give us a 48 hour window to ensure us time to properly edit your essay,” said English teacher and writing center director Sheryl Hyten.

There is no charge for this service, but there are a few guidelines.

“Be sure to add your teacher’s name, your name, type of paper and what you want help with to your paper,” said senior editor Lauren Fenner.

These guidelines give the writing center editors the necessary information they need to provide beneficial help.
