With autumn right around the corner, coffee lovers are getting excited for Starbucks’ seasonal menu to release in all cafes on August 24. Favorite beverages, such as the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, make a return with a few new options added to the menu. As of the 24th, Starbucks offers Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Espressos and Iced Apple Crisp Oat Milk Shaken Espressos to satisfy all fall-loving coffee drinkers’ needs.

Junior Josette Pinsoneault said, “the first sip of an Iced Chai Latte with pumpkin cream cold foam is like living in Gilmore Girls.” She also believes that fall hasn’t begun until she can get her hands on any of the seasonal espressos infused with pumpkin and spice.

Not only do the Starbucks fall beverages bring a lot of business, but the seasonal treats proceed to be fan favorites every year. Baked goods, such as the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, Owl Cake-pop, Pumpkin Scone, Pumpkin Loaf, and the baked Apple Croissant come back to the selection of sweet treats of Starbucks on August 24.

Juniors Laurel Montgomery and Audrey Werley agreed that the Pumpkin Loaf is the perfect goodie to have at the end of a long school day. Laurel believes that “a warmed pumpkin loaf is the best study snack,” and that it never gets old. All seasonal sweet treats provided display the perfect stereotype of fall, causing the months August through December to be Starbucks’ busiest months.
